July 2022. We placed a further order - this time for a replacement door. All of the comments made in our initial review (below) have been re-affirmed by the further experience. Excellent service from start to finish. The ordering process was very efficient and the fitting of the door was done swiftly, tidily and very professionally. Excellent product and excellent service - all one could wish for! Initial review; We have been tremendously impressed by the service given and the extremely high quality work undertaken. We have had replacement windows throughout together with an Orangery to replace the former Conservatory and are delighted with the work - all delivered to a very high standard. Daniel was a delight to deal with - thoughtful and professional. Never flustered despite a myriad of questions and changes of our minds - he produced really good proposals. The eventual work was delivered by a super group of people who were professional, courteous, and thoughtful - each and every one of them was good to have around. They were all great ambassadors for the company. I was impressed with how they took a real pride in their work and with the state in which they left the site. Equally the after service has also been of the highest order. We can be very demanding customers and I am delighted to say without any equivocation that I wholeheartedly recommend Bude Windows & Conservatories.

Bude Windows have just finished our conservatory and have done a fantastic job. They helped with suggestions when we were planning it and the whole team worked really hard, always kept the site clean, were really friendly and were a pleasure to have in our home. Would definitely recommend Bude Windows - they helped come up with some great ideas about how to transform the front of our house. Daniel in the office found the exact windows we were looking for and the guys who came to install did a great job even though it was quite tricky increasing and decreasing window spaces, knocking through walls etc. The end result is brilliant and we're really chuffed. Great team of guys too who worked really hard and cleaned up after themselves each day. Any issues were solved pretty quickly and easily. Very easy to work with and trust to do a good job. Made a messy and complicated job a lot less stressful!

Bude Windows built a new garden room for us from the foundations to completion using both modern and old construction methods to integrate the room with our existing house. They used local stone to complete the corners which matched the front elevation of the house and the result is perfect. The room looks like it was part of the original house not an add on. Special thanks to all the team for it’s design and construction. They were all very pleasant and professional and went out of their way to deliver what we were looking for. Now the room has been finished with oak flooring and furnishings we could not be more pleased.
